Responsibilities

As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for: - Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns. - Providing detailed information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings. - Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients. - Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping to drive revenue growth for our clients. - Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to our clients. - Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and innovations in the industry.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need: - Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary. - Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change. - A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred. - Flexibility to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with a minimum of 20 hours per week. - Ability to attend 4 weeks of training full-time, Tuesday to Saturday, between the hours of 10:00 AM and 6:30 PM CST.
