Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to all incoming customer calls from customers, sales reps, and service techs, and serving as a back-up for placing service part orders
  • Assisting customers by determining order status and working to resolve product-related problems and questions
  • Informing customers of standard procedures when placing an order and following up (verbally or in writing) to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Following a standardized order entry process to ensure 100% accuracy for all orders (as defined by the company) that are submitted electronically or by fax with 48-hours of receipt for capital orders and 24-hours for service orders
  • Initiating and tracking documentation to authorize and direct work according to customers' contractual obligations
  • Providing exceptional customer service, living the arenaflex brand values, and developing true friendships with our customers
  • Building relationships and fostering teamwork with fellow team members, leadership, and individuals within other departments

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of work experience in a customer-facing role

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic reading and math skills, and ability to adhere to safety-related issues, including good housekeeping, ergonomics practices, documentation, and team concepts
  • Ability to effectively demonstrate knowledge of modern office procedures by utilizing personal computers, fax machines, and copy machines

Preferred Qualifications:

* PC literate, with experience in ERP systems (JDE/SAP/Sales Force/Genesis)

  • Customer Service experience, strongly preferred

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
