Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat to resolve technical issues related to arenaflex products
  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and concerns, and providing solutions that meet their expectations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest arenaflex products and services, and providing expert knowledge to customers
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets, and continuously improving customer experience
  • Working independently in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and reporting any issues or concerns to management

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher from a U.S.-based university
  • A quiet home workspace, ergonomic chair, and desk
  • A hard-wired internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps
  • Availability to work five weeks of full-time paid training on a set schedule totaling 40 hours per week
  • Ability to flex up or down in weekly hours when school is not in session based on business needs
  • Ability to meet the minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while talking with customers
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment assessment, background check, and initial training
  • A GPA of 2.7 or higher

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the tech industry
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or technical support
  • Fluency in multiple languages
