Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat to resolve technical issues related to arenaflex products
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and concerns, and providing solutions that meet their expectations
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with the latest arenaflex products and services, and providing expert knowledge to customers
- Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets, and continuously improving customer experience
- Working independently in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and reporting any issues or concerns to management
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or higher from a U.S.-based university
- A quiet home workspace, ergonomic chair, and desk
- A hard-wired internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps
- Availability to work five weeks of full-time paid training on a set schedule totaling 40 hours per week
- Ability to flex up or down in weekly hours when school is not in session based on business needs
- Ability to meet the minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while talking with customers
- Successful completion of a pre-employment assessment, background check, and initial training
- A GPA of 2.7 or higher
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the tech industry
- Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Certification in customer service or technical support
- Fluency in multiple languages
