Responsibilities:

As an Operations Customer Service Specialist 2 - OPS, you will be responsible for:

  • Researching settlement transactions to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Escalating complex customer issues to senior team members or other departments as necessary
  • Coordinating training for Operations Customer Service Specialists to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service
  • Updating and maintaining department procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and arenaflex policies
  • Researching and reconciling settlement services general ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3 or more years of financial operational experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, or accounting)
  • Experience with settlement of monetary transactions and general ledger research
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines

Compensation and Benefits:

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Total Base Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.49 - $32.98 USD Hourly
  • Eligibility to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan
  • A range of benefits, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO)
