We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Colorado Springs. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling general inquiries, and providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty. You'll work closely with our sales and service representatives to handle pre-sales and post-sales service functions, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordination with other departments to resolve inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty.
- Interact with customers, company sales, and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.
- Perform a range of Customer Service support tasks, including analyzing abnormalities and identifying causes and remedies based on professional knowledge and insights.
- Work with the Invoicing Team to complete tasks such as daily sorting of printed invoices, mailing of printed invoices, scanning of invoices, and emailing needed scanned invoices to customers.
- Rename intercompany invoices and save them to a SharePoint site.
Minimum Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- 2-5 years of experience in a customer service or related role.
- High-school/Associates or equivalent experience, with a strong attention to detail.
- Certification or relevant training in customer service or a related field (optional).
