Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling day-to-day banking transactions, assisting customers with inquiries, and supporting their use of digital banking platforms. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments, with accuracy and efficiency
- Sell banking products like cashier's checks and safety deposit boxes, meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Provide information and answer customer queries both in person and over the phone, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Promote and assist customers with online and mobile banking, ensuring seamless integration with our digital platforms
- Engage in ongoing learning and adaptation to meet the needs of our community, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, fostering a positive, supportive work environment
Essential Qualifications
* Previous banking experience is an advantage but not required; relevant experience in customer-facing roles is highly valued
