Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling day-to-day banking transactions, assisting customers with inquiries, and supporting their use of digital banking platforms. This role requires a unique blend of technical skills, interpersonal abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments, with accuracy and efficiency

  • Sell banking products like cashier's checks and safety deposit boxes, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Provide information and answer customer queries both in person and over the phone, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Promote and assist customers with online and mobile banking, ensuring seamless integration with our digital platforms
  • Engage in ongoing learning and adaptation to meet the needs of our community, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, fostering a positive, supportive work environment

Essential Qualifications

* Previous banking experience is an advantage but not required; relevant experience in customer-facing roles is highly valued

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with digital banking platforms and online banking systems

  • Knowledge of banking products and services, including cashier's checks and safety deposit boxes
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, with a passion for promoting and selling them to customers
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Financial Services Representative (CFSR)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
