Job Responsibilities
As an Entry Level Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers have an outstanding travel experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Remote Customer Assistance: Provide top-notch customer support to arenaflex passengers via phone and online communication channels. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and offer assistance with reservations, flight information, and general inquiries.
- Issue Resolution: Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported.
