Key Responsibilities:
As a Pharmacy Technician on our remote team, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support to our clients and their pets, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Processing prescription approvals for veterinary medications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with our veterinary provider team to ensure seamless communication and support
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to arenaflex's quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and new product releases to provide informed support to our clients
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy or customer support role, with a focus on veterinary or pet-related services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and veterinary providers
- Proficiency in computer software and technology, including electronic health records and prescription processing systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and make informed decisions
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a licensed pharmacy or veterinary clinic
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT)
