Job Summary

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, working with customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to create raving fans for our brand. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, and you'll have the opportunity to learn new skills, take on new challenges, and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a live chat or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of lighting products and services
  • Experience with CRM software and customer service platforms
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $16.00/hour, with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period

  • Quarterly bonus and commissions on product sales
  • Flexible full-time schedules available during customer service hours of 8 am - 6 pm, Monday through Friday
