Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative on our paid panel, you will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of market research studies, focus groups, and clinical trials. These studies will take place either remotely or in person, offering you the flexibility to choose the format that suits you best. Key Responsibilities
* Participate in paid national and local focus groups, clinical trials, and market research studies
- Contribute to discussions by completing both written and/or oral instructions
- Fill out written surveys provided for each panel
- Test and review new products or services before they are released to the public

- Participate in remote or in-person discussions, as preferred
Qualifications
* A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
- High-speed internet connection is necessary
- Ability to understand and follow both oral and written instructions
- Customer Service Representative agent experience is not compulsory
