Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing Exceptional Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email, direct messages, and text messages with a warm, engaging, and brand-aligned tone. Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues, providing a seamless experience across various platforms.
- Managing Customer Support Operations: Process refunds, reshipments, and subscription modifications across Shopify, Gorgias, Slack, and Klaviyo. Maintain meticulous records of customer feedback in spreadsheets, analyzing and presenting key insights to the team for continuous product and service improvement.
- Developing Efficient Internal Systems: Create and maintain streamlined operations, including inbox organization, order logs, and product feedback reports. Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Providing Administrative Support: Assist co-founders with scheduling meetings, conducting light research, and performing data entry tasks. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the team.
- Contributing to Customer Experience Enhancement: Proactively suggest innovative ideas to enhance the customer experience and foster a vibrant community atmosphere. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies that promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Essential Qualifications
* Customer Experience Enthusiast: Demonstrates a genuine enjoyment of enhancing customer experiences and a passion for delivering exceptional support.
- Organizational Wizard: Exhibits exceptional organizational skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet management and system creation.
- Technical Savvy: Possesses advanced proficiency in Slack, Shopify, and G Suite; familiarity with Gorgias, Recharge, Klaviyo, and Rebuy is considered advantageous.
- Effective Communicator: Displays excellent written communication abilities, capable of adapting to the brand's established tone.
- Self-Starter: Operates as a self-starter with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Attention to Detail: Maintains a high level of attention to detail, ensuring thoroughness in all tasks and communications.
- Independent Work: Comfortably manages independent work and time allocation.
Preferred Qualifications
* Filipino Citizen: Must be a Filipino Citizen, with a strong understanding of the local market and culture.
- Experience in the Psychedelic Industry: Previous experience in the psychedelic industry or a related field is considered advantageous.
- Certifications or Training: Relevant certifications or training in customer support, customer experience, or a related field is a plus.
