As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:- Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, live chats, and social media interactions with customers, providing timely and effective resolutions to their queries and concerns.
- Managing customer relationships, responding to account management inquiries, and resolving special situations in a professional and courteous manner.
- Providing product information, troubleshooting technical issues, and upselling/cross-selling relevant products and services to customers.
- Monitoring and responding to customer feedback, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:- Previous call center experience or strong customer service-focused work history.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong typing and computer navigation skills, with the ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong active listening skills, with the ability to accurately capture and respond to customer concerns and feedback.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and their applications in customer service.
- Ability to work from home and maintain a dedicated workspace with minimal distractions.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:- Previous experience working in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of call center software and technology.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their applications in customer service, including content creation and engagement strategies.
- Experience with data entry and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs.
