Job Summary

As a Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for consulting with individuals and families to understand their needs and help them select the best supplemental benefits plan for their situation. You'll work closely with our clients to schedule meetings, customize plans, and provide ongoing support to ensure they receive the best possible service. Key Responsibilities

* Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer and schedule Zoom meetings to discuss their needs

  • Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to ensure they receive the best possible service
  • Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments
  • Provide attentive customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs
  • Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ambitious, motivated, and organized, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to think like an entrepreneur and take initiative to drive results
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and provide creative solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM software a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the insurance or benefits industry

  • Familiarity with supplemental benefits and the needs of individuals and families
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience using Zoom or other video conferencing software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
