Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed as a Virtual Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, or business) is an asset.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a chat or phone support environment.
