Job Summary
As a part-time work-from-home focus group panelist, you'll have the opportunity to participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments. You'll work remotely online or in-person, depending on the study requirements, and earn a competitive income for your participation. Key Responsibilities
* Participate in focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments online or in-person
- Complete written and oral instructions as required for each study
- Complete written surveys provided for each panel
- Use products and/or services provided, if applicable, and be prepared to discuss them prior to the meeting date
- Show up at least 10 minutes before the discussion start time
- Participate fully in the discussion and provide honest feedback
Qualifications
* Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Must have access to a high-speed internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- No customer service representative agent experience is necessary
