Job Summary

As a Technical Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to customers through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone. You will act as a liaison between customers and our product and technical teams, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally, while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and providing valuable feedback on our customer service process.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical guidance and support to customers through written communication, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Act as a liaison between customers and our product and technical teams, understanding and translating customer needs into technical language and vice versa.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally, using problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback, using tools such as Intercom, ChatGPT, Notion, Jira, Canny, and Google Workspace.
  • Provide valuable feedback on the effectiveness and efficiency of our customer service process, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
  • Collaborate with our product and technical teams to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded, and that our products and services are aligned with customer expectations.

Requirements

* Passion for Exceptional Customer Support: You have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, going above and beyond to delight our customers.

  • Advanced Written English Proficiency: You possess advanced written English skills, enabling you to communicate effectively with customers and our teams.
  • Adaptability: You are flexible and adaptable, able to work flexible hours, including night shifts, and adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Professionalism and Composure: You maintain a professional and composed demeanor, even in stressful or high-pressure situations.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: You possess strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others and building strong relationships.
  • Minimum of 1-Year Work Experience: You have a minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably in IT or a related field.
  • Bonus Skills: Proficiency in HTML and CSS is a plus, as is experience in customer-centric roles.
  • Priority for Candidates with Engineering Backgrounds: We prioritize candidates with engineering backgrounds, particularly in industrial or computer engineering.
