Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including in-person, phone, and digital interactions
- Taking orders, processing payments, and handling customer inquiries in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Assembling and delivering food orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and drive-thru
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Adhering to arenaflex's policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to kneel, bend, twist, or stoop
- Ability to ascend or descend stairs
- Ability to reach and grasp objects, including above head and below waistline
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service
- Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
