Job Summary
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service to English and Spanish-speaking customers. You'll work closely with our team to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve complaints, and drive sales growth. Essential Tasks
* Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Process customer orders and process payments
- Encourage customers to purchase additional products
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
- Ability to understand customers' needs with strong objection/response handling
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications & Education Requirements
* 6 months to 1-year Customer Service Experience REQUIRED (Call Center or Phone Customer Service Preferred)
- Order processing experience is required
- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
- Comfortable using computers
- Ability to stay calm with stressed or upset customers
