Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
  • Registering Sales and Providing Efficient Checkout Service: Register customer purchases, collect cash, and distribute change as requested.
  • Maintaining Store Operations: Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records.
  • Implementing Asset Protection Procedures: Identify and minimize profit loss by implementing company asset protection procedures.
  • Ensuring Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
  • Constructing and Maintaining Displays: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise.
  • Providing Customer Service in the Photo Area: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and suggestive selling of promotional photo products.
  • Assisting with Exterior and Interior Maintenance: Ensure a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
  • Complying with Company Policies and Procedures: Maintain respectful relationships with coworkers and comply with all company policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage with customers and team members in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Basic Math Skills: Ability to handle cash, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
