Director, EHR Implementation & Client Services
Description:
- Lead and scale a team of approximately 25 analysts and project managers, including multiple layers of management.
- Establish goals, KPIs, and operating rhythms to support timely and successful EHR implementations.
- Define and implement a scalable operating model, standardized processes, playbooks, and governance for repeatable delivery.
- Own end-to-end EHR integration delivery for order entry and result reporting across client health systems.
- Ensure integration quality and scalability across Epic, Cerner, and Meditech platforms.
- Serve as the executive escalation point for customer issues related to EHR implementations and ongoing service delivery.
- Partner with enterprise sales across pre-sales, solution design, deal support, and implementation.
- Build relationships with client IT, clinical, and operational stakeholders to resolve complex issues and drive adoption.
- Work with Product, Sales, and Operations to align roadmap, capabilities, and delivery timelines.
- Develop reporting and dashboards to track implementation performance, risks, and outcomes.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare IT, EHR integrations, or clinical systems implementation.
- Deep hands-on experience with Epic integrations, specifically orders and resulting and/or Beaker.
- Willingness to obtain Epic Beaker or ambulatory certification.
- Proven experience leading managers and scaling organizations, with team size of around 20+ strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7, FHIR, and APIs.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with enterprise sales teams in pre-sales and client delivery environments.
- Experience with Cerner and/or Meditech integrations preferred.
- Experience with Epic Aura integrations preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with LIS, LIMS, and/or laboratory workflows preferred.
- Experience supporting enterprise health systems and complex client implementations preferred.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving results in evolving, high-growth environments.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
