Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional service and support to our clients' customers. You'll be responsible for resolving routine problems and answering questions related to our clients' products and services, using your excellent communication skills and technical knowledge. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats

  • Resolve routine problems and answer questions related to our clients' products and services
  • Use your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements

* Fluency in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace in your home
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Desktop or laptop with high-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
  • Residency in the state of New Mexico

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingualism in additional languages (e.g., English and another language)
