Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients' customers, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional experiences. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
  • Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks and provide accurate information to customers
  • Recognizing sales opportunities and applying sales skills to upgrade customer experiences
  • Explaining and positioning products and processes with customers to ensure a clear understanding
  • Escalating customer dissatisfaction to managerial teams to ensure prompt resolution
  • Ensuring first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with change and ambiguity
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience in customer service, tech support, inside sales, or back-office support is a plus. We're also looking for individuals with:
  • Previous experience in a contact center or customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management principles
  • Experience with sales and upselling/cross-selling techniques
  • Basic knowledge of technical support principles and troubleshooting
