We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients' customers, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional experiences. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:- Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks and provide accurate information to customers
- Recognizing sales opportunities and applying sales skills to upgrade customer experiences
- Explaining and positioning products and processes with customers to ensure a clear understanding
- Escalating customer dissatisfaction to managerial teams to ensure prompt resolution
- Ensuring first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating system
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
- Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
- Customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
- Strong team orientation and customer focus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with change and ambiguity
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, experience in customer service, tech support, inside sales, or back-office support is a plus. We're also looking for individuals with:- Previous experience in a contact center or customer-facing role
- Knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management principles
- Experience with sales and upselling/cross-selling techniques
- Basic knowledge of technical support principles and troubleshooting
