About the Role
We're seeking a motivated, energetic insurance professional to join our team. As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering Exceptional Service: Grow our agency through value-based conversations and remarkable customer service to existing members
- Attention to Detail: Possess keen attention to detail in all customer interactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Collaboration: Work with our agents to establish and meet cross-sell and customer service goals
- Strong Work Ethic: Exhibit a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations
- Sales and Service: Position will be approximately 90% service, 10% sales, with a focus on building long-term relationships with our clients
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Insurance Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Willingness to Learn: A genuine desire to learn and be teachable, with a willingness to adapt to new situations and challenges
- Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Property & Casualty Insurance Agent License: A valid Property & Casualty Insurance Agent License is required for this role
