Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Medical Client Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our patient care coordination team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing medical schedules, and ensuring seamless EMR management. Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients, families, and healthcare providers

  • Manage medical schedules, appointments, and referrals to ensure timely and efficient care
  • Coordinate patient care activities, including lab results, imaging, and other medical services
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our EMR system
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination

  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to resolve patient concerns and issues

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in medical reception: We're looking for a seasoned medical receptionist with a proven track record in patient care coordination, medical scheduling, and EMR management.

  • Medical terminology and knowledge: Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, and healthcare concepts is essential for this role.
  • EMR management: Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and patient management systems is required.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective patient care coordination and teamwork.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective solutions is critical for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Certification in medical reception or a related field: Certification in medical reception or a related field, such as CMA or RMA, is highly desirable.

  • Experience with healthcare software and systems: Familiarity with healthcare software and systems, including EMRs and patient management tools, is an asset.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills: Bilingual or multilingual skills are an advantage in a diverse patient population.
