What You'll Do

As a Customer Community Manager Intern at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting the growth and engagement of our online community. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the growth and engagement level of arenaflex's online community
  • Reviewing community content and identifying help topics or relevant posts that need to be created
  • Maintaining a regular badging process to recognize user achievements
  • Creating and managing a list of users for potential community spotlights
  • Tracking and organizing unanswered posts in a structured format
  • Researching and assessing community tooling improvements
  • Comparing arenaflex's community with other online communities to identify areas for improvement
  • Assisting in planning and hosting virtual and in-person community events
  • Helping update and document core community processes
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience teams to share insights and feedback
  • Working from within the customer success team to bring value to our global client base

Who You Are

We're looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual who is currently pursuing or has recently completed a degree in Marketing, Media & Communications, Business, or Computer Science. You should have a strong interest in online communities, customer engagement, and digital content. Your skills and qualifications should include:

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Eager to pick up new skills and technologies
  • A strategic thinker who can generate creative ideas for engagement
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to track multiple initiatives
  • Previous experience in marketing, events, or community engagement ideal (internships or university clubs)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Nice-to-have: Proficient in either data science relevant tooling or creative content tooling (either R, Python, SQL, etc., or Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
