Job Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing & Administrative Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers, including planning and monitoring our ongoing company presence on social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and others.
- Social Media Management: Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, and other platforms to increase company and brand awareness.
- SEO Efforts: Be actively involved in SEO efforts, including keyword and image optimization, to improve our online visibility and search engine rankings.
- Content Creation: Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails, and organize their distribution through various channels.
- Content Marketing: Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update our website to ensure it remains engaging and informative.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with designers to improve user experience and ensure our online presence is visually appealing and easy to navigate.
- Performance Measurement: Measure the performance of our digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools, including Google Analytics and WebTrends.
- Industry Insights: Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep our strategies up-to-date to ensure we remain competitive in the market.
- Partnerships: Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors to ensure we have access to the latest tools and technologies.
Job Skills
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
