Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced New Customer Acquisition Representative I to join our Inside Sales team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for selling arenaflex's products and services to new and existing clients, developing and expanding accounts remotely via telephone or other electronic means. Essential Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor on arenaflex solutions

  • Prospect, qualify, and process leads from various lead generation sources, identifying new logo opportunities, win-back opportunities, and close cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop and maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet annual quota objectives, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition to prospective customers through a consultative process, ensuring the majority convert to customers
  • Maintain consistent and accurate data in Salesforce to support territory, account planning, and forecasting
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Pre-sales, Client Success, Marketing, Data, Product, Delivery, and Customer Service teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction

Education and Experience

* Bachelor's Degree: Required

  • Years of Relevant Experience: 2 to 4 years
  • Minimum of two (2) years of high-value, business-to-business, solution sales experience
  • Proven success in new customer acquisition, with a strong track record of consistent sales achievement
  • Highly driven, focused, and committed individual with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

Essential Skills and/or Certifications

* Strong phone presence with active listening, negotiation, and closing skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage and report on opportunities throughout the various stages within the sales pipeline, with a strong understanding of Salesforce and its applications
  • Positive "can-do" attitude, sense of urgency, and strong desire to be successful, with a continuous growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Ability to operate in a high-velocity, metrics-driven sales organization, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth
