Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll be responsible for entering patient information, processing prescriptions, and managing inventory levels. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our company.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter patient information into our database, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Process prescriptions, including verifying patient information and medication details
- Manage inventory levels, including tracking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, including medication counseling and education
- Collaborate with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
- Current licensure as a pharmacist in the states within our region
- Experience performing solution dispensing exercises, demonstrating a strong understanding of relevant state and federal controlled substance regulations
- Affirmed Immunizer or ability to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy software and technology systems, including electronic health records and prescription management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
