About the Role
As an Online Research Participant and Customer Support Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a variety of studies and focus groups, sharing your opinions and experiences with our clients. You'll be responsible for:
- Participating in online or in-person focus groups, sharing your thoughts and opinions on various topics
- Completing written surveys and providing feedback on products and services
- Using products and services provided by our sponsors and partners, and sharing your honest feedback
- Reviewing and providing feedback on new products and services before they're launched to the public
- Participating in phone interviews and providing feedback on various topics
Responsibilities
* Show up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
- Participate by completing written and oral instructions
- Complete written surveys provided for each panel
- MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date
- Participate in online or in-person focus groups, as required
- Complete written surveys and provide feedback on products and services
- Review and provide feedback on new products and services before they're launched to the public
Qualifications
* Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- No experience required, but must be able to work independently
