Responsibilities and Duties
As a Chat Brand Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Being brand passionate – sharing your love and expertise for the game and brand with our customers
- Using primarily arenaflex golf equipment to provide expert advice and guidance
- Communicating with customers at a professional level, providing clear and concise information about our products
- Familiarity with the arenaflex website and any related media/searches
- Ability to compare and analyze competitor products to provide informed recommendations
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats at once with ease and efficiency
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of golf experience, with a strong understanding of the game and its nuances
- 2+ years of club fitting experience, with a proven track record of helping golfers improve their game
- In-depth knowledge of current and past arenaflex products, including their features, benefits, and applications
- Familiarity with similar products from other brands, including their strengths and weaknesses
- Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all arenaflex products, from enthusiast to pro level
- Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 wpm, and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely

Compensation and Perks
As a Chat Brand Representative, you'll enjoy:
- A 1099 Independent Contractor position, with the flexibility to work from anywhere you can connect to the internet

- Chat interactions paid out weekly on an hourly basis of $15
