As an Inbound Chat Specialist, you'll play a vital role in representing our automotive dealer clients favorably, engaging in online conversations with customers, and turning conversations into leads that drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

As a Part-time Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
• Providing detailed information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients
• Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients to build strong relationships with their customers
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to our clients
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is preferred
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies
• A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM, and a preference for 40 WPM or above

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to:

• Be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Attend 4 weeks of training full-time, Tuesday-Saturday, between the hours of 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM CST
• Be flexible with your scheduling after completion of training, with opportunities to work a variety of shifts and schedules
• Possess a positive and professional demeanor, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
