About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, creating memorable experiences and building customer loyalty. You will interact with our global customers in our airports and at gates, assisting them with check-in, baggage handling, welcoming them as they begin and end their journey, and doing it with a smile. You will provide friendly, professional, and efficient assistance to resolve customer travel issues and make their experience exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answering and coordinating incoming calls, welcoming, and advising customers, labeling, and handling baggage

• Booking tickets, determining fares, and directing customers to ensure their travel needs are met
• Collaborating with customers in a kind and helpful way is crucial to creating memorable experiences and building customer loyalty
• Anticipating and meeting customer needs while maintaining high standards of service, even in challenging situations
• Working every day with a safety mindset, ensuring we hold ourselves and each other to the highest standards
• Adhering to local conditions and regulations, with no sponsorship for work visas, even on a time-limited visa status

Requirements:

* High school graduate or equivalent diploma

• At least 18 years of age
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Spanish
• Familiarity with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
• Physical ability to stand and walk for entire shifts, lift and handle baggage
• Willingness to attend training in different countries
• Ability to work any shift assigned to you within a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week operation, which may include late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Legally authorized to work in Puerto Rico without sponsorship
• Ability to meet arenaflex's participation guidelines and uniform and appearance standards
• Valid identification and U.S. visa

What Will Help You Stand Out from the Crowd:

* Past airline, travel, or hospitality work experience

• Four-year college education
