Work from Home Opportunity
As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, using your own device (desktop, laptop, or tablet). Our requirements are simple:
- Windows 10 or later operating system
- Minimum of 4GB RAM
- Wired Ethernet LAN connection
- Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISPs are not permitted)
- Proof of internet speed (minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps and upload rate of 5.0 Mbps, with no packet loss and ping under 50ms)
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their queries and concerns
- Calmly resolving and de-escalating issues
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Responding to requests for assistance and processing payments
- Tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing feedback on call issues
- Upselling when required
Qualifications
We are seeking fearless individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To be considered, you must:
- Be able to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- Have at least 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
- Be over 18 years of age
- Have the ability to type 25 wpm
- Hold a High School Diploma or GED
- Be comfortable with desktop computer systems
- Possess proven oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate logical problem-solving skills
- Be able to navigate Windows operating systems
- Exhibit organization and work prioritization skills
