Key Responsibilities As a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Customer Service: Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. * Order Clarification: Clarify orders as needed to ensure accuracy and efficiency. * Client Complaint Resolution: Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely and effective manner. * Triage and Sorting: Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times. * Administrative Tasks: Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including data entry and other administrative tasks. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License: You must hold an active license as a Pharmacy Technician in the state of New Jersey. * Previous Experience in Pharmacy: You must have previous experience working in a pharmacy setting. * LTC Pharmacy Experience: While not required, experience working in a Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy setting is preferred. * Knowledge of Medications: You must have a strong understanding of brand name and generic medications. * Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: You must possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency in your work. * Computer Skills: You must have moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications. * Telephone Etiquette: Great telephone etiquette is essential in this role, as you will be interacting with clients and customers on a regular basis. * Frameworks/ECM Knowledge: While not required, knowledge of frameworks and ECM systems is a plus.
