As a remote Part-Time Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our Data Entry Manager to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Order Clarification: Clarify orders as needed to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Client Complaint Resolution: Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
- Triage and Sorting: Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including data entry and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License: You must hold an active license as a Pharmacy Technician in the state of New Jersey.
- Previous Experience in Pharmacy: You must have previous experience working in a pharmacy setting.
- LTC Pharmacy Experience: While not required, experience working in a Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of Medications: You must have a strong understanding of brand name and generic medications.
- Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: You must possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency in your work.
- Computer Skills: You must have moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Telephone Etiquette: Great telephone etiquette is essential in this role, as you will be interacting with clients and customers on a regular basis.
- : While not required, knowledge of frameworks and ECM systems is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: You must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional Certifications: Additional certifications, such as Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT), are a plus.
