The Role

As a Nordic-speaking Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers via phone, email, and chat functions
  • Resolving routine problems and issues related to client products or services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish (written and spoken)
  • Good command of English
  • Passion for customer service and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work from home or from one of our offices in the Baltic region

Location and Schedule

This role is available as a full-time position, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs. You'll have the opportunity to work from home or from one of our offices in the Baltic region, including Riga, Tallinn, Tartu, and Daugavpils. Our standard working hours are 8.5 hours per day, with a mix of weekdays and weekends.
