Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to millions of plan members through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Answering questions and resolving issues related to health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions
  • Facilitating the treatment process by providing necessary solutions and resources to plan members
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military setting
  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
  • Patience and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence
  • Reliability and compliance with certain standards

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of pharmacy benefit management and health insurance concepts
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Training and Development

As a new hire, you will participate in a comprehensive 6-week on-site training program, designed to give you a hands-on learning experience.
