Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to millions of plan members through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Answering questions and resolving issues related to health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions
- Facilitating the treatment process by providing necessary solutions and resources to plan members
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military setting
- Computer experience with Windows-based applications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
- Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
- Patience and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence
- Reliability and compliance with certain standards
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field
- Knowledge of pharmacy benefit management and health insurance concepts
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
