Responsibilities

As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their queries
  • Offering in-depth information about our products and services, ensuring customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
  • Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights into customer behavior and preferences
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary; however, a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences is essential
  • Intermediate-level internet and window-based computer skills, with a focus on navigating our proprietary systems and software
  • Strong multitasking abilities, with a preference for individuals who have experience in gaming or other fast-paced environments
  • A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment, with a willingness to learn and grow with our organization

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a fast-paced work environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results in a dynamic setting
  • Be available to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with a minimum commitment of 16+ hours per week
  • Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday, from 10AM – 6:30PM CST, with flexible scheduling available after completion of training
  • Type at least 35 WPM, with a preference for individuals who can type 40 WPM or above
