Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation. You'll be responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a remote opportunity, and we're looking for a talented individual who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
  • Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
  • Investigating discrepancies as they arise
  • Completing additional projects as assigned

Qualifications

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have:

  • No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Type 60 plus WPM

  • Familiarity with legal documentation and process serving
  • Basic knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
