Responsibilities and Duties
As a Chat Brand Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Being brand passionate and sharing your love and expertise for the game and arenaflex
- Using primarily arenaflex golf equipment to provide expert advice and support
- Communicating with customers at a professional level, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
- Familiarity with the arenaflex website and related media/searches
- Ability to compare and analyze competitor products to provide informed recommendations
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats at once
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of golf experience, with a strong understanding of the game and its nuances
- 2+ years of club fitting experience, with a focus on arenaflex products
- In-depth knowledge of current and past arenaflex products, including their features and benefits
- Familiarity with similar products from other brands, allowing you to provide informed comparisons
- Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all arenaflex products, from enthusiast to pro level
- Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 wpm, and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely

Compensation and Perks
