Key Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Assisting customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring accurate information is communicated
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner while maintaining professionalism
  • Performing data entry tasks to update customer records and track interactions in our database
  • Maintaining knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings to effectively assist customers
  • Demonstrating excellent etiquette while communicating with customers to create a positive experience
  • Collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment (not required but preferred)
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication
  • Strong office skills including data entry and familiarity with computer systems
  • Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with customers
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience (entry level)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a call center environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with data entry and database management
  • Strong knowledge of arenaflex products and services (training provided)
