What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Performing basic data entry and keying activities with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Working independently to complete assigned tasks, utilizing your problem-solving skills to overcome any challenges that may arise
  • Navigating between two applications effectively, ensuring seamless data transfer and management
  • Cutting and pasting data from one field to another as needed, maintaining data integrity and consistency
  • Communicating via email to coordinate with team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment

What's Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • The ability to use an email system, ensuring effective communication with our team
  • Proficiency in navigating two applications, with a strong understanding of data management principles
  • The capability to cut and paste data accurately, maintaining data integrity and consistency
  • Availability for part-time hours from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday

  • Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Familiarity with data management software or tools, such as Excel, Access, or similar applications
