Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone and email interactions. You'll work closely with our internal systems to track and update client information, ensuring that our clients receive timely and accurate updates on their orders.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative, your daily responsibilities will include:
* Calling and emailing clients to provide updates on their orders
* Working from a set list of priority orders to contact and update clients on the status of their orders
* Utilizing internal systems to track and notate work and client updates
* Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
