Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring that every interaction with arenaflex is positive and memorable. If you're a motivated, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in accordance with arenaflex policies and procedures
  • Scheduling appointments and providing general customer service
  • Following proper procedures for resolving customer requests and concerns
  • Maintaining productivity and completing tasks efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Attending and participating in team meetings and required training sessions
  • Following all safety, ethics, human resources, and security policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in an inbound call center environment
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent listening and communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Proficient in keyboard skills, Microsoft, and Service Titan (a plus)
  • Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this job

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Prior experience with Service Titan and QuickBooks
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and the internet
  • Skilled at keyboard navigation and comfortable with desktop technology
  • Ability to learn and work with multiple software applications at once
  • Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution skills
