Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring that every interaction with arenaflex is positive and memorable. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in accordance with arenaflex policies and procedures
- Scheduling appointments and providing general customer service
- Following proper procedures for resolving customer requests and concerns
- Maintaining productivity and completing tasks efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction
- Attending and participating in team meetings and required training sessions
- Following all safety, ethics, human resources, and security policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in an inbound call center environment
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent listening and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Proficient in keyboard skills, Microsoft, and Service Titan (a plus)
- Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this job
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Prior experience with Service Titan and QuickBooks
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and the internet
- Skilled at keyboard navigation and comfortable with desktop technology
- Ability to learn and work with multiple software applications at once
- Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution skills
