The Role

As an SEO Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers succeed in the ever-evolving world of digital marketing. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional support, guidance, and training to our clients, ensuring they get the most out of our advanced SEO solutions. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us refine our products and services, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

* Attend daily scrums to stay aligned with the team and ensure seamless communication

  • Test specific product categories within the dashboard, reporting on usability issues, bugs, workflow problems, and more
  • Communicate with clients on live chat and our virtual office to help solve problems and answer questions
  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
  • Lead product demos and customer onboarding calls with clients
  • Discuss product issues with the team and adapt to the role as needed

Requirements

* Ability to keep up with a fast-moving team that's constantly building new products and features

  • Proven experience in a customer success or client services role, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and practices
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new software
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts
  • Ability to create engaging and informative training materials, including video tutorials
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a passion for helping customers succeed
  • Fluent in written and verbal English
