Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll be responsible for entering patient information, processing prescriptions, and maintaining accurate records. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter patient information, process prescriptions, and maintain accurate records
- Verify patient data for accuracy and completeness
- Process prescriptions, including filling, checking, and dispensing medications
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person visits
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and experiences
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
- Current licensure as a pharmacist in the states within the region
- Experience performing prescription filling and checking, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance
- Affirmed Immunizer or able to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and checking, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
