Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative/Call Center Specialist at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing accurate information about services, policies, and procedures to clients
  • Resolving customer issues, complaints, or concerns efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction
  • Documenting client interactions and maintaining detailed records of all communications
  • Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments as needed
  • Assisting in the training of new team members to promote consistent service delivery
  • Contributing to team goals by meeting performance metrics and supporting a positive team environment

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher

  • Client Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS): 50 or higher

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field (such as business, communications, or customer service) is a plus
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts as required by the business
  • Authorization: Authorized to work in the USA

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a remote-based customer service environment

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Call Center Manager (CCCM))
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
