Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with our team to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Documenting customer interactions and feedback to improve our services and processes
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Working closely with our market research partners to ensure seamless execution of In-Home Usage Testing projects
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, as required
- Adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection guidelines
Requirements:

- Proficiency in computer software and technology, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to work 15-25 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed
Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of In-Home Usage Testing (IHUT) and market research methodologies
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and reports
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
