Key Responsibilities
As a Work at Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing technology, including computer applications and software, to efficiently manage customer interactions
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Schedule and Flexibility

Earnings and Revenue
As an independent contractor, your earnings will vary based on the client you're working with, with competitive rates typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and you'll have the opportunity to earn additional incentives based on client and performance metrics.

- Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
- Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system must be used (some clients will accept an AppleOS)
Work Environment Requirements
To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need:
- A quiet, uninterrupted space
- An organized desk area

- We are able to work with contractors residing in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Puerto Rico.
Contractual Relationship
As an independent contractor, you'll remain in a contractual relationship with arenaflex for the duration of your program assignment. You'll be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings, and you'll not be eligible for benefits such as vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
