Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Support Agent – Ramp Agent (Customer Service Agent), you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our passengers, ensuring the safe and efficient handling of aircraft, and contributing to the overall success of our airport operations. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our passengers receive the highest level of service, while also maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our passengers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure the safe and efficient handling of aircraft, including loading and unloading of passengers and cargo
- Collaborate with our team to ensure that all airport operations are running smoothly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
- Communicate effectively with our team members, passengers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the airline industry or a related field
- Knowledge of airport operations and safety protocols
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Experience with computerized systems and software
