Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Business Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and developing insights to inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, improve processes, and enhance our financial planning and analysis capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze financial data, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to identify trends and insights
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, improve processes, and enhance our financial planning and analysis capabilities
- Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate complex financial information to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including finance, operations, and business leaders
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and maintain financial reports, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and other financial metrics
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and scorecards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, business analysis, or a related field
- Proven experience in analyzing financial data, developing financial models, and driving business outcomes
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, including accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Certification in financial planning and analysis, such as CFA or CFP
- Experience with financial planning and analysis software, such as Anaplan or Adaptive Insights
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, including GAAP and IFRS
